(2) Cookie-based
Information: Balalaberry Media LLC may use cookies on its sites. “Cookies” are

Information: Balalaberry Media LLC does not collect in any automated manner
identifiable personal information, such as name, address, phone number, email
address and other personally identifiable information, from its visitors
(“Personal Information”). From time to time, Balalaberry Media LLC will collect
Personal Information that is voluntarily provided by its visitors for
delivering contest prizes and subscribing to newsletters/site feeds and for
other activities carried out on our sites. Balalaberry Media LLC will only
collect and use such Personal Information solely for the purpose(s) disclosed
at the time of collection and only after the visitor has voluntarily agreed to
such collection and use, by voluntarily submitting the information for a
specific purpose. Balalaberry Media LLC also sometimes use email addresses that

communicate with us via website comments, or to notify winners of contests. All
automatically generated emails from Balalaberry Media LLC to its visitors such
as email subscriptions to our site include instructions on how to discontinue
receipt of those emails. Email addresses from visitors who wish to discontinue
receipt of Balalaberry Media LLC’s emails will be removed from our distribution
list. No Personal Information that may identify a visitor and which has been
collected with the visitor’s consent by Balalaberry Media LLC is disclosed in
any identifiable form to any other party outside the company except for the
fulfillment of the specific purpose identified to the visitor at the time of
collection. However we may disclose such information in anonymous, aggregated
and non-personally identifiable form to other parties for marketing, advertising
or other purposes and to better understand visitor’s use of the Website. At any

Personal Information be changed, removed or updated in our databases or from
our sites.

Balalaberry Media LLC sites may contain links to other websites which are not
under the control of Balalaberry Media LLC and thus not bound by this privacy
policy. Visitors should ensure that they read and understand how their Personal
Information may be collected, used, and disclosed by these linked websites as
Balalaberry Media LLC is not responsible for and shall not be held liable for
any procedures, policies or activities of any websites linked to Balalaberry
Media LLC sites that are not owned by Balalaberry Media LLC.
